Saving face: Skin care for men.

Middle-Aged Men Go Against the March of Time and Lines

Men are increasingly facing up to skin care.

With countless hours in the gym, expensive supplements, crazy diets, brand-name clothing, trendy hairstyles or choosing expensive automobiles, men spend a tremendous amount of time, money and energy trying to look and feel younger. And while you can have all that going for you, if you neglect what is perhaps the No. 1 visible sign of aging, your face, it will be impossible to hide the effects of Father Time.

It's a question for both style and lifestyle....

to shave or not to shave.......

Ohkay readers, this was a tough one, having to talk about facial hair from an American's point of view. But, I promise in the next one, we'd be looking at what some African men think about it also. It's all about good grooming guys. ;)

The Tom Ford look is scruffy, but "professional, well-groomed and understated all at the same time." The key is knowing your face ... and your workplace

Past times.

Catching up on past times. Do women catch up on past times?

We also speak career.

The Fashion Industry

A career in the fashion industry sounds glamorous and lucrative. Have you consider getting into the fashion industry, but might think that you cannot manage it? There are so many different roles and positions that you can play in the fashion world. One does not necessarily be a fashion designer but still be able to have a very success career in the fashion industry.

I love shopping.........

Shopping is fun; Shopping gets me excited; Shopping makes me happy - Exact words of a shopaholic.
I love that dress but it's damn pricey! Can I afford a Dior lipstick? it's really dear; This hair extension looks so good, I so wish I could get one right now! - Same thoughts of a shopaholic.
I pass by boutiques and the mannequins wave at me - A shopaholic in his or her lost world.

Hair Fever!

Sometimes we go through "traumatic" experiences trying to figure out the kinda hair style to rock for the season. Well I'm gonna tell you about the hairstyles that bring out the chic in you and how best to wear them :) and don't move a muscle, coz someone I call my very own is gonna tell all you need to know about your hair and she's Dazeeta! Remember, an Ideal style icon manages her hair perfectly. ;)

Where I call home......(the future Nigeria)

What future does Nigeria hold for art?

The cliché which makes the word art to be understood as any work of an artist should be erased. Art is generally a medium of self expression by which elements are combined to create an effect (which is what we refer to as a work of art).

Every picture tells a story, it might be a sad one or a happy one. The strokes of an artist's brush is worth a thousand words. The gradual process of mixing colours and laying them out on a surface is really intense because every artist wants any art lover to be able to see through the painting and spot the passion that comes with it.
Every lyric line comes from an inspired moment, creativity and ability to create a distinctive sound all in a combo to produce good music.
Every dance move and formation align with the thoughts and senses and with a touch of passion is good entertainment to those who enjoy dance.
Being able to express yourself through written words and being able to remold yourself as a totally different character on stage all take us deeper into the world of art.

I can't love fashion without drowning in the sea of art. I can't talk fashion without talking art.

In her wardrobe! (feat. Kate Moss)

We'd be taking a peep into a super model and actress' fashion and lifestyle closet. Even at 39, she still keeps it Classy, Sassy, and sexy. She's one of my favourite style icons and she's no other than;

Kate Moss...

Kate Moss

In her closet: Vintage
Iconic look: Dashing to the store in skinny jeans, a tank, and a shrunken jacket, and looking like 9 million bucks (her annual income, according to Forbes)
Key accessory: Indie rocker boyfriend
Thing you can't imitate: The attitude

Wellies, denim cutoffs, men's blazers, skinny jeans, ballet flats, skull scarves, fringy boots, fur chubbies, motorcycle boots, shrunken vests…basically, everything you've had or wanted to have in your closet over the past ten years first appeared on the back, foot, neck, or arm of the unsinkable supermodel. And if you want a piece of the Brit's look, you'd better hurry to Topshop, where Moss' signature line—an unapologetic rehashing of her greatest hits—will have its last full collection this fall.

Kate Moss (born 16 January 1974) is an English model who rose to fame in the early 1990s as part

Are you ready guyz!

Hello ever beautiful readers, kisses to the guys, hugs to the ladies. It took me a while to prepare this but I couldn't ignore it because I got so inspired by my best friend who is a guy. How well do guys reflect their style in their everyday lives? Some guys really have good taste of fashion and interior decoration while some are floppy about it. As a guy, being stylish has a lot of benefits. This post contains exclusive interviews with two men of style.

Stylish men.....

Here are brief chat histories between two close buddies and me in the depth of the art and fashion industry:

My Body and me! (kicking off body love)

Knowing your body size and embracing it really does help. I'm going to give some pretty important tips that will help you feel great about your body. An ideal style icon doesn't fuss over her body size or structure. Any ideal style icon you see has come to know and accept his/her body and I tell you it really does help.

Talk to your body!

Your body is not a fat suit or a bag of bones. Stop beating yourself up. Stand naked (Yes, naked!) in front of a full length mirror and stare your body down.

Why So Serious?!

Hello adorable fashion lovers. It's another episode on How to become an Ideal Style Icon.
I'm going to talk about something interesting and important today and I'll set the caption;

Monochroming can get really boring and serious sometimes. It's always fun to

SPIRIT OF A DANCER

The Heart Of a Dancer

It is said;
The heart of a dancer knows no bounds
It carries her through the whirl wind and the scotching sun
It takes her through the fiery flames and the blizzards
It makes her stand through pain and stand her ground

The heart of a true dancer is like a golden orb
Forever graceful,
Ever radiant,
Takes in music,
Gives out rhythm......
